Everyone wants their wedding day to stand out, don’t they? Whether they opt for an ice-cream van instead of a dessert course or walking down a sparkler aisle instead of getting guests to throw confetti, most brides and grooms want their Big Day to be unique and memorable.
For one bride, this has very much been the case, but she had no idea her wedding pictures would go viral when she chose her wedding outfit at the last minute.
Luise Jasche, 24-year-old music student and model from Germany, was forced to buy a new outfit when her wedding dress was ruined before her August wedding.
Instead, she opted for a pink suit from Zara, matching the stylish ensemble with a white Alice band and matching high-heel sandals.
She posted a slideshow of images from her fun wedding day on TikTok on Valentine’s Day, which has since become so popular, it has amassed more than 1.6 million views in just a couple of weeks.
It has also received more than 700 comments from all over the world, with one saying: “Now all I want is a pink suit and headband.”
Jasche told Insider the short white dress she was planning to wear became stained the night before her nuptials, forcing her to find something to wear in the nearest shopping centre within just one hour.
“We went into the first store, and I saw this pink suit. I was like, ‘Oh, this is perfect. That is so me’,” she said.
Proving convention is on its way out, Jasche has received endless compliments over her choice of outfit.
Colourful wedding dresses are set to be big in 2022, so the bride was certainly on trend with her choice. Style Caster revealed: “Colourful accents are used to emphasis joy and celebration, which makes them perfect for a bride.”
It added: “The brighter, the better!”
